Terms & Conditions

1. Price Of Product(s) & Delivery Charges

1.1 The prices of the Product(s) will be as quoted on our site at the time you submit your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of Product(s) are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. However please see clause 1.5 for what happens if we discover an error in the price of Product(s) you ordered.

1.2 Prices for our Product(s) may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order you have already placed.

1.3 The price of a Product(s) includes VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK for the time being. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the Product(s) in full before the change in VAT takes effect.

1.4 The price of a Product(s) does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as advised to you during the check-out process, before you confirm your order.

1.5 Our site contains several Product(s). It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the Product(s) on our site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the Product(s) you have ordered we will contact you by e-mail to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Product(s) at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the Product(s) to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

1.6 We reserve the right to terminate any special offer or promotion at any time, without notice. All give-away, value-added and promotional items are only available whilst stocks last and carry a value of £0.00.

2. Minimum Order

2.1 The minimum you can order is a single bottle, delivery charges apply.

3. Availability

3.1 If for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to supply a product, we will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Delivery

4.1 Beverage Boys London only delivers to addresses in mainland UK (England, Wales, Scotland). For the avoidance of doubt, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands or any other island of the UK Mainland or to PO Box numbers.

4.2 Orders are delivered on the required delivery date when specified but is not always guaranteed.

4.3 Delivery times may be affected if there are stock availability problems or other unforeseen circumstances.

4.4 For your security, the courier’s paperwork must be signed, either at the recipients address or a neighbouring address to acknowledge receipt of the product, delivery notes detailing the products supplied by will be stored in one of your delivered parcel/s, and this is your proof of delivery.

4.5 If our courier attempts to delivery at the postal address, specified in the order, or a requested neighbour but acceptance of the parcel fails, the courier will retain your parcel and will leave calling card to arrange re-delivery. Note – the courier company can only arrange a specific re-delivery date with only an estimation of time.

4.6 If your parcel clearly shows signs of damage or leakage at the time of delivery, it should not be accepted. Please ask the courier to return the goods to us.

5. Age Restriction

5.1 Beverage Boys London will not sell to anyone who is not 18 years of age or over, as the law states. By placing an order through Beverage Boys London, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are buying a product/s as a gift – the recipient must also be over 18 years old.

5.2 If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. If the person receiving the order is unable to produce appropriate ID, unfortunately our couriers will be unable to leave the products, and these will be returned to our depot. See for more information.

6. Order Cancellation

6.1 You may cancel your order at any time until seven days after the goods are received, but you will be liable for the initial delivery cost. You will be responsible for returning the products to us at your own cost.

6.2 The goods must arrive back at our Dispatch Depot unopened and undamaged. You can cancel your order by emailing us via the Contact Us section on the website.

6.3 All credits will be issued within 30 days of the cancellation, provided the goods have been returned within that period.

7. Customer Services

7.1 If you have any order related queries, please email us [email protected] Most enquiries are responded to within 12 hours.

8. Returns

8.1 Beverage Boys London will provide a full refund or replacement of any products that are faulty. Beverage Boys London must be notified of damaged or faulty products within 24 hours of receipt. Beverage Boys London will require the faulty products to be returned to us and will arrange this as necessary. If your order contains products that are different to those ordered, we must be informed of this within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange a collection of these products as necessary, once we have investigated the dispatch records for your order.

8.2 If you are ordering a product which is to be engraved to your requirements, then the item is deemed non-refundable as the item has been personalised to your requirements. You will be liable for the full cost if you wish to cancel the order as we are unable to restock this item.

9. Claims for Breakages

9.1 Upon receipt of your order, the order should be carefully inspected to make sure that it is intact and in full. The courier must be informed of breakages or shortages at the time of delivery. Beverage Boys London will not accept any claims for breakages or shortages unless they are stated on the courier’s documentation. We must have confirmation of these breakages or shortages within 12 hours of delivery.

9.2 In the very unlikely event of any damage please contact us. Please include as much information as possible. We may also require photographs of any damage including all the packaging for insurance purposes.

9.3 Photographs showing the detail of the damage or faulty items. We also need a picture that clearly shows the seal intact on the damaged or broken bottle.

9.4 Please retain the product, box and all packaging until instructed by us.

10. How To Pay

10.1 You can pay for Product(s) using the electronic payment methods set out on the check-out page including but not limited to PayPal, Payments by Amazon, Debit Cards or Credit Cards.

10.2 Payments by an electronic method for the Product(s) are charged when you complete the check-out process and are directed to the order success page on our site.

11. Product Information

11.1 Beverage Boys London endeavour to advertise our products accurately. Vintage years specified for wines and spirits will not be guaranteed, as due to the very nature of these products they are of limited supply for any vintage year. We constantly update the website with the correct vintage years as and when stocks of older vintages are exhausted.

12. Events Outside Our Control

12.1 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control. An Event Outside Our Control is defined below in clause.

12.2 An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.

12.3 If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a Contract:
(a) we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and
(b) our obligations under a Contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of Product(s) to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.

12.4 You may cancel a Contract affected by an Event Outside Our Control which has continued for more than 30 days. To cancel please contact us. If you opt to cancel, you will have to return (at our cost) any relevant Product(s) you have already received and we will refund the price you have paid, including any delivery charges.

13. Governing Law

13.1 Your use of this website and any purchase by you on this website will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in the United Kingdom.

14. Statutory Rights

14.1 These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

15. Other Terms

15.1 This Contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms, whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.

15.2 If you are a consumer, please note that these Terms are governed by English law. This means a Contract for the purchase of Product(s) through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

15.3 We may transfer our rights and obligations under a Contract to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms. We will always notify you by posting on this webpage if this happens.

16. Definitions

16.1 "We" means Beverage Boys London, the company (Beverage Boys Ltd). "You" means the consumer.

Standard deliveries will be made within 3-5 working days of an order being placed & are charged at a standard rate from £5.99 & FREE when you spend £100 or more or a coupon code for free standard delivery is used.

Express deliveries, if placed before 12pm, will be processed the same day & arrive in 1-2 working days, any orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following day & arrive 1-2 working days after. Express delivery is charged at a rate of £7.99 & is never free unless a coupon code for free express delivery is used.

Currently, we do not deliver to the following areas:

Scotland (Dumfries, Kilmarnock, Motherwell, Aberdeen, Dundee, Falkirk, Outer Hebrides, Inverness, Kirkwall, Kirkaldy, Paisley, Perth, Galashiels, Shetland Islands)

Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man

This is subject to change at any time.

Due to our operating hours, we cannot deliver on weekends, however some of our couriers we use may still be able to deliver on Saturday if ordered by Thursday with standard delivery but we cannot guarantee this, next day deliveries are also not available Friday for weekend delivery.

Geographically we make deliveries to England, Wales & Scotland.

We aim to be as flexible as possible, but please do advise us should you have any special delivery requirements or will not be in when delivery will be made, please wait until the end of the estimated delivery above before contacting as - as usually the parcel will still be in transit to you, if after this period you still have not received your goods, please do get in touch with us and we will help you to rectify the issue. If you have received your package please check the tracking details provided as it may be that it is at a local ‘Access Point’ awaiting collection.

Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to border taxes such as duty, VAT and customs clearance Beverage Boys Ltd. will not cover these costs directly, through reimbursement or otherwise.


Despite our best efforts if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we provide a no quibble returns policy for any items returned, un-opened & undamaged, within 14 days - please contact our customer care team to assist you with anything on:

All credits are made to the credit or debit card used to make original payment.

Returns will be dealt with on a case by case so please contact us with any issues.


While we try our absolute best to get your bottle to you in 1 piece, we understand that occasionally the odd bottle here & there may break in transit. We will credit you for all breakages reported within 24 hours of their arrival & arrange for a replacement to be sent to you providing this item is still in stock.

Coupons & Offers

Due to the nature and rarity of some of our products, coupon codes cannot be applied to Limited Editions. We also have restrictions on basket amounts for our Ltd editions, if you have any queries or would like to order these items please contact us.

We reserve the right to withdraw any offers and coupon codes we may have at our own discretion. Coupon codes are 1 use per customer unless otherwise stated, coupon codes cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer or coupon code.

Mix & Match – Available where specified on the product or category – these offers are not valid with any other coupon or offer (coupon codes will still apply however the mix and match discount will be removed). Not valid on already discounted products (if a discounted product is selected it will remove the product discount and apply the Mix & Match discount).
