Ingredients:
60ml Black Tears Dry Spiced Rum
90ml Pineapple juice
25ml Coconut puree
Wedge of pineapple, to garnish (optional)
Method
Pour everything into a shaker with ice. Shake well. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
